Happy mail!

Here's part one of the happy mail i've found in my mailbox lately!

 

The lovely parcel i won with Severien's giveaway, beautiful yarn, cute handwarmers which i'm using already, a bunch of buttons and an old picture! Thank you Severien, me happy!

 

Mette was so nice to sent me some of this beautiful craftpaper! Her offer came out of the blue and it still surprises me that there are so many friendly people in this blogworld... Thank you so much Mette!

 

Did you hear from Hellicopter yet? I discovered the cute stuff a while ago and finally threated myself with some beautiful magnets! Love love love the owls!! And i also couldn't resist the nerdy girls :)

We're almost december, the biggest presents-month of the year, so i think that deserves a little giveaway!

 

I'm a fool for these wooden christmas decorations, i keep buying them in the thriftstore. Somehow these little dolls cheer me up and i get really excited if i find a special one.

I figured since i've got so many of them it would be nice to share some.

Feeling green

We have been enjoying our garden the last weeks so much! Starting the day outside with breakfast & ending it in the evening with some chilling in our hammock..

And we get compagny a lot of times, by a bunch of chickens :)

They're free and walk around in our garden but also our neighbours garden. And they always make me happy, it must be a great feeling for them to be able to go everywhere they want!

This week has been so busy at work! Holidays are often very stressful where i work, and i always have to adjust to working lots more. (normally i work parttime but during holidays it's a fulltime job)

Not much time to browse blogs or spent time on the computer these days...

But i wanted to share some more happy mail i received lately,

first one came from Claudia, and i loved it! What a pretty stitched enveloppe!

And that picture of her painted flower pots, so nice :)

The other one came from Chantal, and she included one of her selfmade stamps. I really like the tree, we both like trees & owls! My first letter to Chantal dissapeared in the mail-world so i'm hoping my second attempt will arrive at her doorstep! Thumbs up..

Birthday giveaway!

It's been a while since i did a giveaway so about time for a new one don't you think!

In Madrid i found this cute shop full with wooden beads & wooden charms, it was like a candyshop! Couldn't resist and wanted to take the whole shop home with me :)

Especially the parrots were all so cute, so i bought some.

Christmas mood!

Okay, maybe it's a bit too early but i really can't help it!! I'm in a christmas mood!!!
I don't know if it's the weather, or maybe this nice lady who's having a Christmas card giveaway.... or is it my german friend , who wants to organise this handmade autumn gift swap? (creative peeps please go check her blog and read about it...maybe some of you want to participate as well?)


I'm already looking forward lots to the yearly vintage-christmasgifts-evening with my friend Cy, for sure one of the highlights last year!! We're both searching for fitting presents all year long and now that THE day is coming closer again i'm getting pretty excited....

Busy!

Too busy at work for my own good this time of the year.... so it might seem a bit quiet on my blog! I bought myself an orchid, a girl can spoil herself from time to time right?
